Elena Vyacheslavovna graduated from the Faculty of Economics of MSU in 1985, defended her PhD in 1992. Since 1994 has been working at the Faculty of Economics of the Moscow State University in the Department of Agronomy first as an assistant, then as a senior lecturer and since 1997 as an assistant professor. Since 2002 has been an associate professor in the Department of Agronomy.
Participated in projects of international organizations, including the World Bank, in agriculture and education, in research and advisory projects in the field of public administration. She directed the writing of more than 50 theses and master’s theses, 2 defended candidate’s theses. Author of more than 20 training courses on agrarian economy and food security. Author of more than 40 scientific and instructional works.
