ECFS has the pleasure of inviting applications to participate in a third, two-week, Train the Trainer online course for University professors and lecturers wishing to expand their teaching skills in the use of the policy-relevant case study methodology, as well as teaching skills needed for effective distance learning. Place: Virtual on the Moodle platform of the Armenian National Agrarian University. Date: April 12-23, 2021.

The outcomes of case studies produced by 15 scientists from four countries (Armenia, the Kyrgyz Republic, Russia, and Uzbekistan) were presented and discussed on November 24, 2020, during a webinar on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on food security and nutrition in the Eurasian region. The event was organized by the World Bank and the ECFS.

The IV Annual Eurasian Food Security Conference was held on October 29-31, 2019 at the Armenian National Agrarian University in Yerevan. The event attracted a great interest of specialists and gathered a record number of participants - 290 specialists from Armenia, Belarus, the Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Georgia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Singapore, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
