ECFS has the pleasure of inviting applications to participate in a third, two-week, Train the Trainer online course for University professors and lecturers wishing to expand their teaching skills in the use of the policy-relevant case study methodology, as well as teaching skills needed for effective distance learning. On December 5-7, 2019, Sochi hosted the IV Annual International Conference the International Conference on Food Security and Soil Science which aligns with the World Soil Day

Around 300 experts combined forces to take a closer look at socioeconomic, nutritional and environmental dimensions of food security and to strengthen regional cooperation by participating in the 4th Annual Eurasian Food Security Conference. Conference materials are now available.

Country studies on agricultural and food systems transformation for better food security and nutrition in Armenia, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are now available online.

The Fourth Annual International Conference on Agriculture, Food Security, and Nutrition in Eurasia took place on May 28, 2019, at the Faculty of Economics at Lomonosov Moscow State University (LMSU). This year the main theme of the conference and of the 2019 Global Food Policy Report, which was presented there, was Rural Revitalization.
